Salted fish is one of the best food, one of my top favourites. I know, some of you would say this is bad for health. I’ll tell you why I think it is not. It’s all about quality, just how it is made and also how much you eat it. I would not buy salted fish because of the way it is made. I make it myself if I want to eat. It’s just so easy. And when I eat salted fish, I don’t eat a lot. If I use it for cooking, I don’t add in any more salt. Read more

Another week just passed by too fast for me. It’s not all work and no play though. I work hard and play hard actually all the time. Had a great time with my friends as usual at pot luck lunch, went out with my daughters a few times just to hang around to chat and joke, my badminton games and of course lots of time in my kitchen trying out new food. If you ask, “Who likes rice?”, you bet both my hands will shoot up immediately! I LOVE rice. I was brought up eating rice, 3 times a day. So, I continue to love rice, but not 3 times a day any more.
