I am just so excited to host this wonderful natural sweetener, NuStevia, as a giveaway. I’m really thankful to NuNaturals for sponsoring this giveaway and it’s open to all my readers world wide! 4 lucky winners will be chosen to receive some NuStevia products. And if you are into healthy eating, then here’s the chance. You may be the lucky one! Please read on.
I have been using NuStevia everyday, in my drinks and baking. I love it in my fruit salad too, as shown here above. The oranges are often not sweet so I added a pinch of salt and a little stevia powder to sweeten it up. It tastes really good after that. I love my fruit to be sweeter. Using stevia has helped me cut down on a lot of sugar intake.
Stevia is a natural sweetener derived from a sweet-leaved plant called stevia. Stevia extract can be 300x sweeter than sugar. It is all natural and does not impact blood sugar levels unlike other forms of sugar. It is also zero in calories.
NuNatural supplies various types of stevia. There are the powder ones and also the extract ones.
These are highly concentrated NuStevia extract liquids combined with All-Natural flavours of real orange, vanilla, cocoa and peppermint. You can add a few drops to your water, tea, coffee, smoothies, yoghurt, baking and cooking. It gives you the flavour and the sweetness without adding sugar. I have been using the cocoa one in my coffee. Love it!
This white stevia product in small packets contains white stevia and cellulose. You don’t need a lot when you make drinks. For a mug of coffee, I only use 1/4 of a packet when I used to add 2 teaspoons of sugar. What a difference! I always have a few packets in my bag. It comes so handy when I am having coffee or tea in a cafe. It is even suitable for Type I and II diabetes.
The latest heathy stevia products are Presweet Tagatose and NuStevia Prebiotics Blend. They are ALL NATURAL, lactose free and gluten free.
Presweet Tagatose is safe for Type 1 and Type 11 diabetes because its servings will not raise blood sugar levels. It is 92% as sweet as sugar and therefore a great substitute for unrefined sugar. It is a super benefit to those trying to minimise sugar on a weight loss program.
Tagatose is a prebiotic. Prebiotics help multiply the good bacteria in the digestive tract to help the overall health of the digestive system. Prebiotics feed probiotic bacteria like acidophilus found in yoghurt. 1/8 teaspoon is equal to 1 teaspoon sugar, containing zero calories and zero carbohydrates. It is lactose free too.
You can also get tagatose in smaller bottle where you can just sprinkle on.
I am making winning easy and exciting, just 3 steps:

Quote of the day……
“Some of the biggest challenges in relationships come from the fact that most people enter a relationship in order to get something: they’re trying to find someone who’s going to make them feel good. In reality, the only
way a relationship will last is if you see your relationship as a place that you go to give, and not a place that you go to take.”
