Ice cream? I wonder who doesn’t like ice cream, especially when the weather gets warm. My whole family loves ice cream. Given a choice I would prefer one with added fruits…….a healthier ice cream. But I haven’t found one with a lot of fruits in it. I guess I have to make it myself again. Don’t get me wrong. My family loves to eat lamb but then I am just not very good when comes to cooking lamb. When my hubby asked for lamb to be included in the BBQ instead of the usual chicken and sausages, I felt a little stressed up. Then I remembered I have a bottle of Schwartz lamb seasoning which has been lying there for quite a while. That should come into good use but I felt that’s not enough. So I added more ingredients to make it a marinade rather than just a dry rub.

I’m shocked yet happy to announce that I have broken my own baking record. If you are not one baking for business, it’s highly likely I have broken your baking record too…..*wink*. This is the 6th consecutive morning that I make blueberry cake! You can’t believe it? Now, I also can’t believe it! Every night I asked my family whether they still want blueberry cake the next day. There’s always a resounding ‘YES!’ And everyday, before noon, almost the whole cake was gone!!
