First of all thanks very much for visiting my blog and for all the lovely comments in my previous post, Soba Noodles In Chicken Soup. I’m away at the moment and there’s no internet access! The mobile broadband that I bought was not compatible with my Mac….so sad. Managed to borrow a laptop to use to type this paragraph. There’s no mouse and the letters somehow jump all over the place….arrrgggh! Taking me ages just to type this. My sincere apology for not being able to visit your blog. Will catch up when I get back.

This dish here  is a scheduled post. Happy reading! Hope everyone is having a great day everyday!

Carrots is one of my top favourite vegetables. It’s such a delicious and healthy vegetable. I eat it very often, either in freshly made carrot juice with apples or in stir fry and soups.

Carrots are sweet and high in vitamins and minerals and they make great juices. My best is still carrot and apple juice. Carrot juice is widely used in natural healing for diseases like cancer. My whole family has benefitted greatly from it. You can read more about it by clicking on the links below.

I cooked Braised Pork In Miso Paste recently and it was very delicious. I have been wanting to cook tofu miso soup for a long time. Finally I did it…..with lamb and vegetables. It was very delicious. My family really liked it. The weather is getting cold very fast here in Aberdeen and a good spicy, healthy soup keeps me smiling! I used Korean hot bean pastes to make it spicy. It’s another of my favourite pastes.

It was buttery, rich, crumbly, crunchy and lovely with a layer of sugar on top. I read that this was the shortbread made for the Queen’s tea everyday. Now I think I should make this all the time…for my family and also for my friends. We can eat what the Queen eats!!
