My favourite spicy stir fry is to use the Korean hot bean paste. To me, it makes any simple dish looks elaborate and delicious. My family loves Chinese cabbage. It is versatile and very easy to cook. It is very delicious raw as in kimchi, under cooked and still crunchy or over cooked and soft. I always use it to make kimchi, soup or a quick stir fry. Kimchi is my favourite.
