Sweet Potato Rice Porridge, or congee, is what I survived on the whole day yesterday. It was like a punishment for a bad day after being down with a bad stomache upset the whole evening and night the day before. Gosh….I had never suffered like that….vomiting, diarrhea, fever, headache and fainting. At around 2a.m., my daughter had to call the hospital and the doctor came shortly after that.
