Chinese Cabbage is a very delicious vegetable. It is very delicious however you cook it. It is one of my family’s favourite vegetables. I usually make mixed vegetables, fried with noodles or make soup with it.

It has been snowing badly for the past few days. The weather is freezing cold and everywhere is covered with thick snow. The best way to bring some cheers is more hot soup. This time I tried Creamy Chinese Cabbage Soup.

This is my follow-up post from yesterday on Salmon Turkey Curry Soup . It does seem like a weird combination but it was very delicious. We had a wonderful dinner of baked salmon, vegetables and rice in this curry soup. We had a very satisfying meal. The whole salmon that I bought was all worth it. Will I buy it again? Of course I will but I’ll buy on days when I am more free. On top of that I’ll be extra careful when I fillet it. I just have to ‘KEEP LEARNING’!
