It’s Christmas Eve and I haven’t wrapped my family’s presents!! I got up just now and saw a lot of wrapped presents in the living room. Looks like I’m the last one to wrap my presents! I’ll do it after writing this post.

This looks like my busiest Christmas ever. This is also a time when I have little access to cooking facilities and internet connection. But I’m still having fun and enjoying myself. I know there are lots of things to do the next few weeks but life is about taking one step at a time.

As I look through these few months of cooking and blogging, there are some dishes that are my favourite which I would want to cook today and tomorrow. Here are just a few:
