The Garden Of Love

The Garden Of Love

Today is Children’s Day in India. It’s a day to remind us to LOVE children, have FUN with them and tell them they are VERY SPECIAL!

The Garden Of Love

I want to thank Shirley from http://www.enrichingyourkid.blogspot.com for inviting me to be her guest blogger for this very special occasion. It’s such an honour and a delight. Children always have a big part in my heart. Since it’s Children’s Day, I decided to call my dish for the blog post, ‘The Garden Of Love’, to show that a child’s life is like a garden that needs a lot of love and care to make it beautiful.

I mean, it’s just a small piece of flour dough with a hole in it and costs more than £1 each! To me it’s like eating gold. Besides, how do they still stay soft for a few days? That begs the question, ‘What are the ingredients?’

Fabulous Thai Chicken Soup

I can’t believe that I am cooking Thai food again. After cooking the Pumpkin, Prawns And Coconut Soup, the thoughts and taste never seems to go away. I remembered I ate 3 bowls and still long for more of it. It drove me to cook again, but with chicken this time and lots of coriander leaves and more chilies. Again, it turned out faboulous. I ate 3 bowls again! Carry on like this, I think I’m going to be in trouble with my weight soon. Well, so thankful that my friends want me to join them for badminton. So, I’m playing 4 times a week now. That’s a lot of calories that I’ll burn off each time…..just very comforting to justify myself for all food indulgence…haha.
