Brandy, Ginger Pork
Time for something new and delicious. I seldom cook pork but I thought Brandy, Ginger Pork would be lovely. I love to add wine into my food and since my family loves ginger, I thought this is a good try. This is more of a Chinese dish. I must say it came out really flavourful and delicious. We like ginger so I used a lot of ginger in this dish. It gives it such a kick to the dish…..fabulous! The brandy added extra flavour to it. It goes great with plain rice. I steamed broccoli to go with it. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Here’s my recipe to share.
