Delicious rice noodles in turkey soup

It has been cold and nothing is more welcoming than something hot.  It would actually feel so good just to hide under my thick, cosy duvet and dream away….about my food…haha. I thought it would be just perfect to prepare a very simple, yet delicious, warming lunch. I decided to cook Rice Noodles In Turkey Soup, topped with a big piece of char siu chicken and green leafy bok choy. My children were greatly delighted and ate a big portion. They loved it very much. 9 Layered Rice Pudding is very popular in Malaysia. It is called ‘kuih lapis’ there. It comes in different flavours and colours. Delicious fried garlic green beans

This Fried Garlic Green Beans (we call it French beans back home) is my best country vegetable fry. This is what my mom used to cook for us. It’s really delicious. During those days, we cooked our food in cast iron wok over firewood. They just tasted awesome. The heat does make a lot of difference to cooking. I can’t achieve that type of cooking now but I have to be thankful with what I can do and use. This dish still comes out very good all the time. It’s a very simple dish. Here’s how I do it:
