Brandy Beef Panini
After an awesome dinner of Fried Brandy Beef With Celery, I thought to myself that this beef will definitely be a good filling for panini. I was totally right. I made it for lunch yesterday. My children absolutely loved it. It is again a very simple, easy and quick recipe to fix for a quick lunch. Just don’t finish off all the brandy beef each time you cook. Leave some to make brandy beef panini the next day. The best is to cook more beef. Here’s my panini recipe to share:
Ingredients
brandy beef (click here)
2 deli panini
some leafy salad
I like the deli panini because they are thin and has quite big holes in the bread. Use a crispy type of leafy salad. This makes the panini exceptionally delicious when you bite into it. The panini has a crunch to it on the inside and soft on the outside. The crispy salad gives an extra feel to it and lastly the brandy beef gives it such an awesome taste and bite to it. It’s really fabulous and I’ll definitely be making it again soon.
Cut the panini into half and pan fry them with some olive oil.
Arrange some salad on one side. Top with some of the brandy beef. Add more salad leaves on top and put the other half of the panini on it. Enjoy your fabulous Brandy Beef Panini.

Divina, thanks for your comments and for suggestion. That’s a lovely healthy version. I would love to try with crispy salad, eggplant, goat cheese and avocado. I think it will be great too.

that looks so yummy! I haven’t had a panini in a long time, it’s also about time to have some beef and with brandy, what a great idea.

Kristen, thanks for your comments. Now that I know how to make panini and it’s so easy and quick, I’m going to make it more often. I can hide a lot of salad in it. Hope you try it soon and let me know.

That’s a great sandwich. I like my panini with cheese. I like the combination of sliced tomatoes, fontina cheese and shredded basil and then grill. There’s so many. I think almost any kind of ingredient can be made into sandwich.
