EXERCISE…IT’S FOR YOUR HEALTH! You know that. But somehow you still find it difficult to do it. I shared in my previous post that if you don’t have time to go out for exercise, you can get a rebounder or mini trampoline and exercise in your house. It is fun, easy and effective.
It’s high time not to give excuses again. Find an exercise that you enjoy doing and just keep doing it. Richard Simmons makes it very fun in his weight loss club and everyone enjoys it. I like Richard Simmons because he’s so funny, so encouraging, so enthusiastic and so motivational.
If jumping on the mini trampoline is still not what you like, why not try some fun dancing. Seriously, it’s fun. Just on some hot music and make up your own dance. Jive to the music, dance your heart out and sweat it out….FOR YOUR HEALTH! You need to exercise every part of your body. Do it regularly. Food is important but if you don’t exercise you are not going to be healthy.
Here’s a video to inspire you to get into some fun dancing for exercise. I believe that anything that’s fun and interesting which you enjoy will keep you doing in the long haul. If you are like me who have not much sense about beats in music, you can definitely have your own style. Just do it in your room so that you don’t annoy anyone. This is an awesome video to watch.
