If you go to supermarkets, you will most likely see only fluoride toothpaste. However if you go to health stores, you will see fluoride free toothpaste. So, what is the difference? Which one to choose? Basically, which one is safe? Here is a fluoride and and a fluoride-free toothpaste.

Aloe Dent - fluoride-free toothpaste

It is written outside the box of the Aloe Dent toothpaste, ‘100% natural origin, fluoride free, sodium lauryl sulphate free‘. We are told to believe that fluoride toothpaste helps to protect our teeth and prevent tooth decay. Is it really true? I only know that when we did science in school, any experiment to do with fluorine or chlorine had to be done in the fume cupboard because they are highly poisonous. So why are they added to toothpaste and our water, even though it is added in ’safe limit’?

It is reported that dental problems is on a sharp increase in UK. Thousands are hospitalized each year due to dental problems, despite all the fluoridated toothpaste. Taking a look at native people in many countries, they have very healthy teeth despite lack of access to any toothpaste. Read this to find out more.

Fluoride is DANGEROUS even in tiny amounts. Besides it is not proven to be effective in dental care. In a lot of food and other daily items that we use, there are already chemicals added to it. Even if they are within the safe limits, it won’t be safe when all of them are added together.

You can read more about the danger of fluoride here. It is highly important to stay informed and make wise choices in life, especially our health. Keep learning and keep smiling each time you learn something new.

Even better than toothpaste for your teeth is natural soap - takes a bit of getting used too, but I was fine with it after 3 days. Have been using it for 3 years now and always get impressed oohs and aghs from my dentist on the annual check up. Prior to using this, I was having a lot of dental problems. No flouride or anything else nasty in natural soap.
